Project Manager (High-End Resi Lighting & Shading) Department: Project Management Employment Type: Full Time Location: North Salt Lake (Solus) Reporting To: Kody, Ops Manager Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 / year Description Primary responsibilities and qualifications for this role include: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, in‑house staff, other trades, GC, architect, and rep. Understand, deliver, and troubleshoot project tasks as needed. Plan and schedule projects proactively, aligned to resources. Maintain project profitability by keeping actual hours at or below budgeted hours and eliminating redundancy and errors. Issue work orders to the team and coordinate with third parties. Ensure all work meets SOW, plans, company standards, and client expectations through quality control. Read, interpret, and mark up plan sets and blueprints, and distribute them to the team. Create, submit, and manage change orders to obtain approval, confirm payment, and execute. Maintain situational awareness while working on construction sites. Qualifications Experience as a Project Manager on construction sites in AV/LV or Residential Electrical. PMP certification is a plus. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough, Trim, Final). Three years of steady work history between hops. High emotional intelligence and pleasant disposition. Technical aptitude and curiosity about how things work. Experience with Lutron Lighting Control (RA3/QSX) and motorized shades is preferred. Location and Schedule Office: 925 W 100 N # E, North Salt Lake, UT 84054. Projects: High-End Homes in Salt Lake City, Park City, and surrounding areas. Full time (40 hrs/week) Mon-Fri 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Benefits Salary $75k to $100k per year. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
