Role Description The Senior Change Management Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater Boston, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role leads change management initiatives for AI and business transformation programs, working closely with client leadership and cross-functional teams to design and execute adoption strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing change impacts, developing stakeholder engagement plans, creating communication and training materials, and facilitating workshops and working sessions. The consultant will translate complex process and technology changes into clear, practical guidance for end users, support implementation and rollout activities, and track adoption and outcomes against defined success metrics. This role also contributes to methodology development, supports business development efforts, and mentors team members on best practices in change management and transformation delivery. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess change impacts, and measure adoption and performance outcomes. Candidates should possess Business Transformation experience, including process redesign, AI-enabled workflows, and large-scale organizational change. Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting skills, with a track record of client-facing delivery in complex operating environments. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management, facilitation, executive presentations, and clear written materials. Experience in change management frameworks, organizational design, and end-to-end implementation support. Background in AI, automation, ERP, or data and analytics initiatives is highly beneficial. Ability to operate independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and stakeholders in dynamic settings.
