Marketing Designer

Framingham , Massachusetts Contract Sep 16, 2026 Soni islooking for a hands-on Senior Designer to develop elevated, brand-driven creative across digital, social, print, OOH, and in-store experiences. This person will combine strong conceptual thinking with exceptional execution, bringing campaigns and seasonal stories to life across multiple customer touchpoints. What You'll Do: Develop creative concepts and execute campaigns across digital, social, email/site, print, OOH, and in-store Translate seasonal, promotional, and merchandising strategies into cohesive visual systems and campaign assets Lead design for in-store signage and environmental graphics Create high-quality still and video content in-store with a strong eye for composition, product selection, and styling Support simple, elevated product photography and content capture Bring strong typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual storytelling to every project Incorporate motion and video thinking into digital and paid-media concepts Partner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Brand, Production, and cross-functional teams Manage multiple projects from concept through production and final delivery Present creative concepts and provide guidance to junior designers What We're Looking For: 5-8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within retail, lifestyle, consumer brands, or an agency environment Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, multi-channel campaigns, design systems, and polished execution Experience across both digital and print, with in-store/retail design experience strongly preferred Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma experience preferred Strong understanding of print and digital production Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills Photography, content capture, motion, After Effects, Adobe Express, or Firefly experience is a plus Ability to move quickly and maintain a high level of craft in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Compensation: $37 - $52/ Hour -DOE Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICREACTIVE #J-18808-Ljbffr
