Our San Diego office is currently seeking a dedicated Labor & Employment/Investigations Attorney to join our Labor and Employment and Investigations team. Spotlight on Culture Duties & Responsibilities:  Mentoring Program • Advise public agency clients on personnel matters including hiring, discipline, and  Professional Development termination. • Handle matters related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee  Child-Friendly Business Award leave laws.  Community Engagement Projects • Represent clients in administrative hearings, grievance arbitrations, and collective  Collaborative Environment bargaining negotiations.  No Jerks Rule • Assist clients with labor compliance, policy development, and internal investigations. Qualifications: Focus on Schools and Community

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Partnering with school districts,
