We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.Qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or project managementAt least 2+ years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore1+ years of experience in project management and project controlsExperience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft VisioExperience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work productsAbility to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:MBA or a Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or project managementProfessional certifications such as PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, or CPAExperience with coding language or query tools, particularly SQLPrevious experience in a professional services firm or on international project engagementsMulti-lingual The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
