This position supports various production and warehouse operations, helping to ensure products are manufactured, assembled, packaged, and prepared efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. General Laborer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Perform quality checks and follow work instructions
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support team members in meeting daily production goals
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

General Laborer Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
