Media Buyer

XYRx is a men's health telehealth company delivering clinician-prescribed peptide therapies (Sermorelin, NAD+, GLP-1 microdosing, and more) directly to patients. We're scaling fast and need an in-house media buyer who lives and breathes direct response. What you'll own: Full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok Producing landing page and ad creative assets yourself, not just handing off briefs to a separate team Daily management of budgets, bids, and creative testing to hit CAC and ROAS targets Scaling what works, killing what doesn't - fast, data-driven decisions, not set and forget Close collaboration with the broader team to improve conversion, not just clicks What you've done before: 2+ years running D2C performance campaigns with real budget ownership (not just execution under a senior buyer) Proven ability to scale a Meta or TikTok account profitably - you can talk specifics: CAC before/after, ROAS, what you changed and why Comfortable owning Google Search/Performance Max alongside social - this isn't a single-platform role Comfortable creating your own ad creative and landing page assets, not just briefing a designer Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or subscription e-commerce is a strong plus Compensation: Competitive base salary, plus a performance bonus opportunity tied to ad spend and ROAS Details: Full-time, in-office in Los Angeles (not remote/hybrid) #J-18808-Ljbffr XYRx
