CNA-I / GNA Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Join our team at Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a CNA-I. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, we offer full-time and part-time opportunities. Our pay range is $17.50 - $20.00 per hour, with same-day pay available. Positions include:

• 7am-3pm: Full-Time
• 3pm-11pm: Full-Time
• 11pm-7am: Part-Time

Responsibilities for CNA-I include:

• Providing basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Providing supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observing residents and reporting changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNA-I include:

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.
