About the Role:
Crunch Fitness in York, PA is looking for a passionate and motivated Full Time Personal Trainer to join our energetic team! Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
• Build and maintain a strong client base through floor engagement and member outreach
• Educate members on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
• Meet and exceed personal training session and revenue goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment on the gym floor
• Stay current on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education

Requirements:

• Current accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) required
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• 1+ year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to generate and retain a personal training clientele
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
