Riverside Pet Care is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

We are a privately owned, five-doctor, small animal practice specializing in both general medicine iwth an added focus on canine reproduction. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while creating a welcoming, friendly, and upbeat experience for every client who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and patients with a warm, positive attitude
• Answer phones and respond to text messages
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Process invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate medical records and daily paperwork
• Support the veterinary team by keeping the front office organized and running smoothly

Please note: While you'll be surrounded by amazing animals every day, this is primarily a people-focused position. The majority of your day will be spent communicating with clients, helping them navigate their pets' care, and creating an outstanding customer experience.
