We are seeking a disciplined, calm, and coachable Appointment Setter to join our team. As the first point of contact between DentalQore and prospective clients, this role is a core driver of our growth—creating opportunity, fueling the sales team, and supporting predictable, scalable revenue. This is not a closing role. It is a high-volume, high-focus performance position designed for individuals who take pride in consistency, professionalism, and learning through coaching. Magazine's fastest growing companies five years in a row What You’ll Be Doing Making outbound calls to prospective clients Serving as the first point of contact for new business inquiries Introducing DentalQore clearly and professionally Qualifying prospects and determining next steps Booking high-quality introductory appointments for sales specialists Following a proven script and structured process Accurately logging call outcomes and notes Participating in ongoing training and coaching What We’re Looking For Calm and professional under pressure Coachable and open to feedbackComfortable with repetition and high call volume Emotionally resilient Clear communicator (verbal and written) Willing to follow a structured process High integrity and strong work ethic Ability to meet and surpass goals Experience is helpful but not required.
