Contracts Manager

Owning the contract management process, the full-time Contracts Manager will review, negotiate, and ensure consistency of customer contracts and vendor agreements while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Drive agreements from Sales to execution, managing negotiations and tracking timelines with procurement and legal teams Ensure compliance with vendor risk reviews and insurance requirements, coordinating with various departments to expedite processes Document and manage standard contract positions and oversee vendor agreements, renewals, and contract operations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years in contracts, procurement, or deal operations, with experience in enterprise B2B agreements Healthcare industry experience, particularly with health plans or carriers, required Proven ability to negotiate with enterprise counterparties and navigate large-organization procurement processes Working knowledge of HIPAA and business associate agreements required
