• Shift: 24-hour shifts at Level III units; 10- or 12-hour day/night shifts at Level IV
• Hours/Week: Varies based on shift schedule
• Licensing/Certifications: NNP Board Certified (no FNP, PNP accepted); 2+ years' experience required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as NNP in a high-acuity setting

• Provide expert neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals
• Manage acute and complex neonatal medical conditions
• Rotate across multiple hospitals within the healthcare system
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Advocate for and educate families of neonatal patients

What You Need:

• Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of Neonatal NP experience
• Strong skills in neonatal assessment, procedure, and patient management
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Valid license to practice as an NNP in Florida
