DuctMasters USA, Inc is scouting a full-time HVAC Hybrid Service Tech - Comfort Advisor to meet in the homes of our Weston, FL customers, to work closely with homeowners, listen to their wants and needs, and offer them the best solutions for their HVAC needs. We offer this vital role $15- $25/hr, plus commission. We provide you with the flexibility to earn performance commissions through both sales and installation, or you can choose to focus solely on sales commissions. As an HVAC Hybrid Service Tech - Comfort Advisor, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• 2+ year of sales experience
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
