If you are looking for a new position where you will be appreciated and recognized for the hard work you do, then Home Helpers is the perfect match for you. **To be considered for this position, you must be located in or near Burlington, WI** Benefits PTO Paid training Medical, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance Compensation: $200-$220 per day; weekly pay Continued education support Referral and Retention Bonuses Mileage reimbursement at .70 cents per mile 401K Responsibilities Help clients take prescribed medication Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients with physical therapy exercises Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Our ideal candidate will be available to work a rotating schedule of 7 days on and then 7 days off, MONDAY to MONDAY . We do ask that you have a reliable vehicle with insurance but may have opportunities to hire you without it if you are the right candidate. Candidates must also pass a caregiver background check.
