Responsibilities:
- Lead & support host team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- Manage guest flow in the dining room, seating rotations, & wait times during high volume shifts to ensure efficiency in service & balanced server sections
- Manage reservations; special requests such as celebrations or dietary needs, & large party accommodations
- Train & develop new hosts on service standards & OpenTable reservation system
- Coordinate with management & kitchen staff to optimize table turns & ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guests concerns professionally & involve management when needed
Qualifications:

- Are a team player with a guest first attitude
- 1+ years of OpenTable experience
- Have prior restaurant experience (preferred)
- Have a passion for great food and great fun
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Posted salary range starting from USD $17.00/hr. Tipped position. This position does not earn tips.
