Almega Management is expanding in Columbus, OH and is looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in an energetic team environment. The position provides hands-on experience in customer service, customer support, account assistance, client relations, customer experience, sales support, and professional communication.

No previous customer service experience is required. New team members receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and support while learning our client services, customer interaction process, and account procedures. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers throughout the Columbus area. You will assist with questions, provide information about available products and services, support account needs, and help create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and account options
• Listen to customer questions and identify the appropriate next steps or solutions
• Assist customers with new accounts, service selections, upgrades, and account changes
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up when necessary
• Help resolve general customer questions or concerns with a solution-focused approach
• Build positive relationships through clear and consistent communication
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activity
• Stay current on client services, promotional offers, and program updates
• Work alongside team members to support customer satisfaction and service goals
• Assist with customer engagement and local outreach efforts
• Contribute to a professional, positive, and team-oriented workplace

Key Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work full-time and on-site in Columbus, OH
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional approach to customer interactions
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new information
• Ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate solutions clearly
• Comfortable working with customers face-to-face
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple customer needs while staying organized
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
