The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for driving recurring service revenue growth through the sale of new service agreements, while also managing and expanding Key and Enterprise Accounts if assigned. This role owns the full sales cycle and is expected to actively prospect, develop opportunities, and close business. In addition, this role maintains ownership of assigned accounts to ensure retention, renewal, and continued growth of service offerings.

What you'll do:

Sales & Business Development (70%)

• Generate new business by proactively identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities for recurring service agreements across assigned Envelop service offerings.

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, and close.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through consistent prospecting, networking, and follow-up.

• Evaluate customer facilities, identify system needs, and develop service agreement solutions aligned with operational and financial goals.

• Partner with operations and technical teams to develop accurate scopes, estimates, and proposals.

• Leverage field technicians and internal teams to identify and convert service opportunities.

• Transition newly sold, non-Key/Enterprise accounts to Client Account Managers to ensure successful long-term execution.

Key & Enterprise Account Management (30%)

• Own the relationship, strategy, and growth of assigned Key Accounts, including full responsibility for customer engagement, service expansion, and renewal.
