Responsibilities This is an entry‑level role with a clear path to Project Manager responsibilities. You’ll start by learning our platform, tools, and processes while supporting client success, then gradually take on greater responsibility – transitioning from assisting with projects to leading them as you demonstrate your abilities. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including development, sales, and marketing. Communicating effectively between clients and the project team, ensuring clear understanding of needs and expectations. Maintaining meticulous account records to guarantee data accuracy. Building client relationships and driving client retention by showcasing relevant features, anticipating future needs, and maintaining regular communication. Assisting in QA testing to ensure the highest quality and helping clients shine. Cultivating strong client relationships to support marketing in highlighting success stories. Organizing and managing implementations, while serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders. Analyzing and interpreting clients’ challenges and objectives, consistently advocating for their best interests. Participating in various strategic projects, including system improvements, retention campaigns, and collaborative efforts with Marketing. Representing the company at industry and client events by demoing the platform, recording product walk‑throughs, and meeting directly with customers to highlight features or gather feedback. Occasionally adapting to schedule changes during peak event periods, including some weekends or adjusted hours to support event time zones. What We’re Looking For Technology‑minded with an eagerness for learning new tools and technologies, especially mobile and virtual event platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting on video and explaining technical concepts in simple terms. Strong commitment to client success with a desire to help users get the most value from our platform.
