Enterprise Implementation Consultant - WFM, Inventory, Back-Office

Fourth is the largest and fastest-growing end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management technology platform globally, supporting complex, multi-location operators with workforce management, inventory, and back-office solutions designed for scale.As we continue to expand our customer base and support increasingly complex deployments, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead Workforce Management and Back Office implementations from discovery through go-live. This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused individual contributor role within our Professional Services organization.The RoleThis position owns the successful implementation of Fourth’s Workforce Management and Back Office solutions across hospitality and retail environments.You will partner with customers, Project Managers, and internal technical teams to translate operational requirements into clean system configuration, coordinated integrations, and successful go-live outcomes.This role is focused on implementation execution.
