A hospitality technology firm is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead Workforce Management implementations. This remote-eligible role, based in the United States, requires 4+ years of SaaS implementation experience and a strong capability in configuring systems impacting labor and inventory workflows. The successful candidate will manage customer discovery sessions, facilitate integrations, and ensure timely implementation delivery.
