As our Maintenance Technician, you'll handle everything from electrical and plumbing repairs to grounds upkeep and equipment maintenance. Your work is visible, meaningful, and directly improves the daily lives of the seniors in our care.

This is a hands-on, on-site role where no two days look the same and where the people around you (team members and residents) genuinely notice and appreciate what you do.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents and staff alike. In this hands-on role, you'll perform routine maintenance and repairs across the facility - including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems - while conducting regular inspections to ensure equipment and building systems are operating safely and efficiently. You'll respond to maintenance requests with a positive, can-do attitude, and take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept exterior grounds that reflect the high standards of our community. This role also includes operating company vehicles to support facility needs, following all safety protocols, and assisting with resident evacuations when emergencies arise. Most importantly, you'll collaborate across departments as a trusted team member - because here, keeping things running smoothly is truly a team effort.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, along with the physical ability to meet the demands of the role - including lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight or confined spaces. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll regularly engage with residents, families, and staff in a warm, professional manner. A valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and make quick, independent decisions - especially in time-sensitive or urgent situations - while maintaining a team-oriented mindset and a respectful, professional approach with everyone they encounter.

Prior maintenance experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting and a familiarity with HVAC systems or preventive maintenance programs.
