Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant $60,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Miami, FL We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Learning & Development team and help train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. This is an opportunity for someone with a recruitment background to transition into Learning & Development while using the expertise they've built on a recruitment desk. What You'll Do Deliver onboarding and training sessions Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching Partner with managers to improve performance and progression Develop training materials and recruitment best practices What We're Looking For Recruitment or staffing experience Success in a sales-driven recruitment environment Strong communication and coaching skills A genuine interest in developing others Interest in building a career in Learning & Development Previous training, mentoring, or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.
