Staffing Branch Manager

Job Description

A growing staffing company is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop client relationships, and support recruiting and staffing efforts. This role is responsible for driving business development, filling job orders, and ensuring a high level of service for both clients and employees. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities and producing results in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Develop new client relationships
Generate job orders through calls, visits, networking, and referrals
Build long-term partnerships with local businesses

Recruiting & Staffing

Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Fill orders quickly while maintaining quality

Operations

Manage daily branch activity including order flow and client communication
Ensure strong service levels for clients and field employees
Track activity and results to support branch growth

Qualifications

Staffing industry experience preferred
Strong sales and recruiting ability
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
