Role summary: Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market B2B customers to ensure retention, adoption, and revenue growth. Act as the primary day-to-day contact, delivering value through proactive account planning, renewal management, and coordination of cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive expansion.Key responsibilities* Own relationship management for assigned accounts; build trust with key stakeholders.* Develop and execute account plans that target renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities.* Drive contract renewals and achieve assigned revenue/retention targets.* Monitor product usage/adoption and lead customer enablement activities to maximize value and reduce churn.* Coordinate cross-functional delivery (support, implementation, product, professional services) to resolve escalations and ensure successful outcomes.* Run quarterly business reviews and regular cadence meetings; communicate value and ROI to customer stakeholders.* Maintain accurate account records, pipeline and forecasts in CRM.* Identify at-risk accounts early and implement remediation or success plans.* Capture customer feedback and surface product/market insights to internal teams.Success metrics / KPIs* Renewal rate and churn* Quota attainment (renewal + expansion revenue)* Net Revenue Retention (NRR)* Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)* Product adoption and time-to-value metrics* Forecast accuracyRequired qualifications* 2–4 years’ experience in B2B account management, customer success, or commercial customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).* Proven track record meeting renewal and/or upsell targets.* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.* Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing escalations.* Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and standard office productivity tools.* Analytical problem-solving and basic familiarity with usage/adoption metrics.**Our Values**If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
