Don't miss this opportunity to be part of the next era in semiconductor manufacturing at Texas Instruments!The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:Support manufacturing operationsDevelop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and qualityImplement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvementsPerform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog TechnologiesIdentify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous mannerSupport the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs)Participate in data analysis and problem resolutionTraining and Development: Contribute to the growth of our Process Engineering Technicians through ongoing training and development. You will also create tools to improve team efficiency (reports/visualizations) and document new learnings in our disposition specs.Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field2+ years of relevant Process or Equipment engineering experienceStrong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategiesPreferred qualifications:Process or Equipment Engineering experience within Wet or CMP modulesStrong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes: Familiarity with 200mm wafer fabrication, process control, and yield enhancement techniques. Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes, equipment maintenance, and quality eventsStatistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, correlations, and root causes of process variations. Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvementsProblem-solving and troubleshooting: Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process issues and troubleshoot equipment and process problems. Ability to identify and analyze root causes of process variations and quality eventsCommitment to quality and safety: Strong commitment to ensuring the highest quality products and maintaining a safe working environment. Ability to maintain accurate records, follow procedures, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsLeadership and teamwork: Ability to lead and participate in teams to resolve quality events, implement process improvements, and achieve operational excellenceCommunication and collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality teamsProactive and results-driven: Ability to take initiative, drive results, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
