Senior Compliance Officer

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide. We are looking for a skilled and highly driven Senior Compliance Officer to join our Legal & Compliance department. The right candidate will hold a key role in a team that handles a variety of interesting compliance projects for a leading B2B iGaming software provider. Responsibilities Monitor and review developments within the regulatory environment of the business in the US Maintain compliance with existing licenses in the US Analyse entry requirements for new US markets and coordinate applications for licenses Advise and support internal stakeholders on compliance issues Draft, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with the applicable regulations Prepare compliance reports and training as needed Represent the Company in industry events and in relation to regulatory situations with regulators Work with the Head of Compliance, Director of Legal and Compliance and all stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal and external processes and regulation Hard Skills 3rd level qualification in Compliance, Law or Finance 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry Knowledge of iGaming regulatory landscapes Experience in licensing and liaising with regulators Experience with compliance and internal control procedures and frameworks Capacity to write, research and develop processes and procedures Ability to provide advice on compliance matters to stakeholders in a direct and practical manner Ability to coordinate projects with various teams Fluency in English, including legal English Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Soft Skills Analytical thinker and solution driven Detail-oriented and organised Diplomatic skills while having the ability to put forward ideas and take decisions Ability to perform under pressure Team player Ability to work in a multicultural environment Strong written and oral communication skills Comfortable in a complex and changing business environment Benefits Competitively structured annual leave days, increasing as you grow with us Three additional annual sick leave days beyond the legal requirement, with no medical certificate needed Two free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter Access to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health Additional paid leave to support new parents, with options tailored for maternity and paternity Monthly lunch allowance Gym membership Access to leading online learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy for Business) and an annual budget for external courses or certifications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
