This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and your contributions directly impact patient care and outcomes. As a CNA in the Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in supporting nurses and providers while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing urgent and emergent health needs. Key Responsibilities: Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and other patient data Support patient flow by assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs Assist clinical staff with procedures and treatments within scope of practice Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment Ensure proper stocking of supplies and equipment in patient care areas Provide compassionate, respectful care to patients and families in high-stress situations Communicate effectively with nurses and other team members regarding patient status and needs Benefits $1500 recruitment and retention bonus for qualified applicants, we want you here. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant Current BLS certification Previous experience within a hospital/nursing home is desirable Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Summary Why Join Us?
