Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits Schedule: Full-time, including a monthly weekend rotation Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Human Resources Director Qualifications Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred but not required Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred Computer Knowledge Human Resources Director Responsibilities Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed. Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team. Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations. Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed. Any other duties as assigned.
