Management Trainee Program 2026 Rotation will start in the Piscataway, NJ location and then transfer to West Caldwell, NJ location. Join our team of professionals and make a difference every day. The trainee program is designed for entry‑level qualified candidates who are eager to learn and grow with an organization that puts its People First. Program Overview Each participant will spend approximately 12 months developing and mastering the tools and skills needed to succeed across multiple aspects of the organization. The program provides a cross‑functional hands‑on learning experience via guided segments through: Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies Residential and Commercial Sales Wholesale and Branch sales functions Distribution and Warehouse functions Creating a great customer experience After successful completion of the Trainee Program, you will have the ability to implement, demonstrate, and provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. At that time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your professional goals and career path, with roles in sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, finance, marketing and many more.
