Automotive Desk / Sales ManagerWe're seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Desk / Sales Manager to join our team in Gilmer, Texas. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys leading a sales team to success. You'll be responsible for desking deals, coaching salespeople, and ensuring profitable, customer-focused transactions in both new and pre-owned departments.Responsibilities• Desk and structure deals to maximize front-end and back-end gross profit.• Submit deals to lenders and ensure accurate, timely funding.• Take TOs (turnovers) promptly to assist the sales team in closing deals.• Negotiate sales terms while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.• Help manage and price inventory with store leadership.• Train, motivate, and support the sales team for consistent performance.• Maintain a professional image and strong follow-up discipline.• Contribute new ideas and proven processes to drive dealership growth.Qualifications• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales or management experience.• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.• Strong knowledge of deal structure, desking, and lender guidelines.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.• Ability to take quality TOs and support salespeople effectively.• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.• Solid understanding of dealership operations and sales principles.Compensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.• Annual earning potential between $80,000 and $130,000+.• Opportunities for growth and advancement within the dealership group.About UsStanley Auto Group is a well-established dealership group focused on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and professional growth.
