Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding
Schedule and perform orientations
Scan, organize, and file employee documents
Maintain confidential employee records
Answer phones and assist with general office tasks
Keep digital and paper filing systems organized and up to date
Provide occasional administrative support for special projects

Reliable and dependable

Comfortable using computers and Google Office
Able to multitask in a fast-paced office
Comfortable handling confidential information
