Technical Support Analyst

Providing first-line support in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Technical Support Analyst will assist internal teams and patients with technology-related issues across various platforms, including EMR, mobile apps, and e-commerce tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues for internal software systems and patient-facing technology platforms
- Gather evidence and diagnose problems, escalating complex issues to developers as necessary
- Document common issues and solutions in a knowledge base to enhance team efficiency and response time
Required Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across web applications and internal software systems
- Prior experience in a professional setting, preferably in technical support or customer service
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- A curious and investigative mindset with critical-thinking abilities
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams for issue resolution
