Vivo Healthcare of Lakeland is now hiring a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing, who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Located in Lakeland, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where individuals receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) . Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a team of nursing staff, as well as help foster a team atmosphere with the nursing division
Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software
Valid CPR & IV Certification
Infection Preventionist Certification
Education experience
