Compensation Part Time: $50,000+ per year Full Time: $125,000+ per year Agency Builder: $150,000+ per year Role Overview Sell life insurance and/or build and own an agency (optional). Buy warm leads from Symmetry’s system or use other sources. No cold calling required. Help family and friends set up life insurance. Product Offering Sell products from 30+ top-rated carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, and many more. Products include simplified‑issued/instant‑decision life insurance with no pre‑authorization exam. Training & Support We provide thorough training and guidance at every step. Commission payments can be as quick as 24 hours. Agency Ownership (Optional) Build and own your own agency at no cost. Build passive income by coaching other agents. Day in the Life Purchase exclusive warm leads from Symmetry’s value‑based lead program or source your own leads. Contact leads to gather information and schedule a follow‑up meeting. Match clients with the best products from our carriers. Assist clients in applying for their chosen life insurance policy during the second meeting. Requirements 1099/commission based position.
