Schedule: Monday Friday
Hours: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking and dependable Warehouse Order Selectors/Loaders for a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, walking, lifting, and constant movement throughout the shift (8-12 hours a day). Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and meeting productivity standards. Experience operating pallet jacks and/or forklifts is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare orders accurately using pick tickets
- Build pallets and orders for shipment/loading onto delivery trucks
- Operate manual or powered pallet jacks and industrial equipment
- Restock and repack products while ensuring proper product rotation and date code accuracy
- Stage completed pallets in designated warehouse areas
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Meet daily productivity and performance standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Physical Requirements
- Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Frequently lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Lift products above shoulder height without assistance
- Push and pull pallet jacks and loaded equipment for long distances
- Repetitively bend, kneel, squat, reach, and grasp objects
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment for 812 hours per shift
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 6 months of general work experience required
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
Dress Code & Safety Requirements:
- All workers must comply with facility safety standards:
- Required Attire
- Plain Red, Black, or Grey T-shirt (no logos)
- Non-logo baseball cap (if worn)
- Face covering required at all times inside the facility
- Mandatory Safety Footwear
- Steel toe safety boots are REQUIRED.
Footwear must:
- Be at least 6 inches high (above ankle protection)
- Have puncture-resistant soles (Kevlar bottom)
- Include Class 75 protective toe (Steel or Composite Toe)
- Be slip-resistant and ANSI Z41 compliant
- Low-cut shoes are NOT permitted.
