Warehouse customer service rep

DSV Contract Logistics is seeking qualified Warehouse Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinate inbound/outbound shipping activities, track inventory, and ensure seamless communication between warehouse floor operations, carriers, and clients.Key Warehouse Responsibilities Pay Starts at $17.50 $2.50/ Shift Differential Available Shifts: A Shift - Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm C Shift - Sunday - Thursday 10pm to 6:30am E Shift - Friday - Sunday 6pm to 6am D Shift - Friday - Sunday - 6am to 6pm Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics/warehouse support.
• Core Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven multitasking skills across multiple systems and operational tasks

salary: $17.5 - $17.501 per hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, managing carrier check-ins and dock door assignments.
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, and ASN (Advanced Shipping Notices) accurately.
• Track inventory levels and assist with cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and stock inquiries using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Communicate proactively with drivers, logistics carriers, and internal warehouse teams to resolve freight or order discrepancies.
• Provide administrative and customer service support for warehouse operations, call centers, or logistics support functions.
