What we are looking for:

• Registered nurse, or hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in related field.
• Experience in health service administration, with at least 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or home health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level
• Demonstrated knowledge of business management

What you will be doing:

• Identify and implement the organizational structure
• Responsible for all day-to-day operations
• Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans
• Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies
• Oversee the Agency's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program

Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 Base Salary
