What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and patient education
• Assess patient needs regularly and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient health goals
• Respond to patient alarms, assist with transfers, and support overall patient safety
• Document patient interventions and responses accurately
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and suggest updates
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• Proven experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to prioritize care

Preferred:

• Experience working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar specialized environment
• Ability to work nights and adapt to shift schedules
