Mechanical Engineer

A growing engineering company in Tulsa is looking for a Mechanical Engineer. This is a hands-on engineering opportunity working with industrial equipment and mechanical systems including ductwork, fans, stacks, air-handling systems, equipment supports, and process equipment. What You'll Do Design and support mechanical systems for industrial retrofit projects Apply principles of fluid flow, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and mechanical design Work with fans, ductwork, stacks, air-handling systems, and industrial process equipment Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations Support equipment selection, system design, fabrication, and field execution Troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical engineering solutions Collaborate with engineering, project management, fabrication, and field teams Support projects focused on emissions reduction, energy efficiency, and waste heat recovery What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline Strong understanding of fluid flow, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with industrial equipment or mechanical systems Preferred Experience Fans or blowers Air-handling systems Ductwork Process equipment Heat recovery Combustion Energy efficiency Industrial or power generation environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
