Your Role in This Vital Mission

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering tests as needed, and creating tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing various acute and chronic health issues, working collaboratively with other healthcare providers or independently based on credentialing
• Instructing patients and their families on health maintenance, wellness, and illness prevention
• Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments within your professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic conditions

• Accurately documenting evaluations and care in our electronic medical records system

Qualifications Needed

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a suitable equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or obtained within 90 days)
