Prepare detailed and accurate project cost estimates for moderately complex projects from concept through final pricing Extract production data for planning, scope alignment, and integration of DPR family of companies Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope, risks, and cost-saving opportunities Coordinate with Precon Coordinators, project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to assemble comprehensive bid packages and provide bidder instructions and clarifications Analyze market trends, vendor pricing, and historical data for estimate development and risk assessment Contribute to value engineering by analyzing cost impacts and proposing alternative materials, methods, or solutions Support estimate reviews and documentation by organizing assumptions, qualifications, and clarifications Present clear, data-driven recommendations to project leaders and stakeholders Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required 4-6 years of experience in estimating, cost analysis, project controls, or a related field required None required for certifications and licenses Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project cost estimation, risk assessment, and value engineering within the construction industry.
