Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Location: Arizona

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with varying weekends and holidays.

Job Description: Seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to all facility protocols and standards. This position is critical in ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management.
• Provide emotional support and enhance patient comfort.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Active nursing license verified within the last 30 days.
• Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor.
