We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our production management team and help ensure our customers and installation crews receive top-quality service and workmanship. What You’ll Do Oversee daily SOP compliance for installation crews Handle warranty issues, resolve client concerns, and ensure proper documentation in a professional manner Verify customer payments and rebates with the administrative team prior to scheduling jobs Manage all HERS testing and permits, including communication and coordination with cities, vendors, and customers Confirm installers have the proper materials and equipment for each job Communicate daily with crews, customers, and office staff to help keep projects on track Provide excellent customer service and confirm installation schedules What We’re Looking For 3+ years of production administration experience in HVAC, construction, or plumbing Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health Insurance 401(k) Plan Referral program Growth opportunities within a supportive team environment A company culture focused on professionalism, accountability, respect, and family Ready to grow your career and help lead our installation operations?
