What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of automotive painting experience
• Experience with waterborne and solvent systems
• Strong prep, spraying, and color-matching skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and manage your workload
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment

Your Role

• Prep surfaces - clean, sand, and mask
• Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat
• Mix and match paint to OEM specifications
• Buff and finish for high-quality results
• Inspect work to meet quality standards
• Assist with light body prep as needed
• Maintain paint equipment and booths
• Follow all safety and PPE protocols

Physical Requirements

• Lift 35 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and climbing
