This position supports patients throughout their care experience, coordinates communication between providers and patients, and ensures all clinical and administrative needs are met.Your responsibilities will include:Manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and work to fill empty schedule time.Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for.Register new patients and update existing patient demographics, collecting detailed personal and financial information.
