Hardware Laboratory Assistant

This is a 3–6 month contract with potential to convert to full time.
Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA — 5 days/week (3–4 weekdays + 1–2 weekend days)
Morning shift: 4am–10am
What you'll be doing:
- Running early morning remote tests, swapping hardware, adjusting parameters, and initializing data collection for validation teams
- Monitoring test progress, troubleshooting basic hardware issues, and relaying updates and escalations to engineers
- Keeping the lab organized — sorting, labeling, and managing cables, components, and infrastructure projects
