Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Administrator
Location: Remote (equipment pickup required at office)
Duration: Through August
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $25-$26/hour
We're working on a Recruiting Coordinator position for a client in Seattle to support their busy recruiting team during a high-volume summer hiring season. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys administrative support, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping processes organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track new hire onboarding activities within UKG
- Process and audit onboarding documentation to ensure compliance and completion
- Assist with I-9 verification and employment eligibility documentation
- Coordinate blood draw and pre-employment screening schedules as needed
- Review onboarding workflows and ensure all required documentation is properly collected and maintained
- Conduct reference checks and provide administrative support to recruiters
- Support the recruiting team with various projects and hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Previous recruiting, HR, onboarding, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with UKG or other HRIS/ATS systems is a plus, but not required
