Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Face-to-face customer service experience Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics Experience selling accessories, device care, smart watches, headsets, and other similar products Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices Strong oral and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Sales experience is a big plus Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications) #J-18808-Ljbffr
