OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY Fox Corporation operates across several leading brands such as FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations, and Tubi Media Group, providing diverse creative and strategic content. JOB DESCRIPTION Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX Corporation, is launching a membership‑based club focused on premium live entertainment experiences. As Vice President of Marketing you will build the brand from the ground up, develop marketing materials, and lead the go‑to‑market strategy for this new venture. RESPONSIBILITIES Define strategy and execution of all marketing and brand activities, including brand book development and prospecting materials. Create high‑impact sales decks and customer pitch materials in collaboration with the VP of Sales. Work cross‑functionally with Events and Sales to ensure prospects and member events align with brand voice and marketing structure. Develop a full customer journey in partnership with the VP of Member Experience from first touch through successive events. Lead content creation: storytelling, social media, and video. Manage PR strategy and agency relationships for public launch and ongoing awareness. Lead a high‑performing marketing team as the club grows. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of brand marketing experience, with a track record in luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Strong storytelling, editorial, and visual branding instincts. Experience leading full‑funnel marketing strategies with a performance mindset. Comfortable operating in high‑growth, early‑stage or launch environments. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution. Track record of leadership across in‑house teams and external partners. NICE TO HAVE Familiarity with hospitality, live entertainment or premium membership services. Experience engaging high‑net‑worth audiences or elevated customer segments. Relationships within the luxury ecosystem—including media, PR and partnerships. Exposure to concierge, sports or private club offerings. PAY & BENEFITS Base salary range: $206,000 – $230,000 annually, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. The role is also eligible for medical, dental, vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other standard benefits. Union‑represented employees will receive benefits per the collective bargaining agreement.
